Christ love and care ministries Africa {CLACMA} was founded by Ap Edward whom God spoke to him in the dream three times saying “never let my little one’s cry”. This ministry is registered by the government of Uganda and it’s an independent organization, registration number MIA/NB/2016/01/1204
